When do I actually receive my $100 reward?+
Your reward is credited once the person you referred has fully completed their surgery with us. This ensures the referral results in a real, successful outcome before any reward is issued.
Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?+
No — refer as many people as you'd like. Each successful referral who completes surgery earns you another $100 reward.
Does the person I refer need to know I referred them?+
We'll let them know you referred them when our team reaches out, so they understand how they found us — but the conversation with them is always warm, respectful, and never pushy.
Does this apply to plastic surgery too, or just bariatric?+
Currently this program covers bariatric surgery referrals. Ask your Patient Coordinator if you're referring someone specifically for plastic surgery.
How will I know if my referral was successful?+
Your Patient Coordinator will keep you updated, and you'll be notified once your reward has been issued.
